Breakfast: Arnold's Sandwich Thin with one egg and two pieces of bacon: 270 calories
Lunch: Chicken with white beans and spinach: 170 calories
Snack: A bite of a ginger whoppie pie and a bite of friendship bread: 200 calories
a few cashews
Dinner: Chinese food and a piece of a cookie: The rest of my calories
