Day 22







The third week of the challenge is over and I lost another pound! So my weight loss total is now 5.6 pounds! So, yesterday while I was reviewing my blog I realized how dependent I have been on Larabars and treats, so this morning I tried something a little different for breakfast. This morning for breakfast I chopped up a small tomato and a little bit of onion and let it cook in the pan for a few minutes then I poured two eggs (with a tsp of feta mixed into them) into the pan and made a scramble. I also had a mug of green tea with a tbs of honey.

Burrito was delicious! It was a great idea for days when I am babysitting!

Breakfast: 2 eggs mixed with tomato, onion, tsp of feta, and garlic : 185 calories and an orange: 45 calories
Tea with honey: 64 calories
Snack: Popcorn: 60 calories
Lunch: Cedar Lane Low Fat Chicken Burrito: 270 calories
1 animal cracker with peanut butter and a mint Hershey's kiss: 70 calories
Dinner: Half of a panini and some rice with shrimp I also had a cookie :-(
