Day 16











Breakfast: double fiber english muffin with almond butter: 200
Lunch: Chik Fil A Chicken Nuggets with broccoli, carrots, and celery : 300 calories
Snack: Smoothie from Freshens. I think it is called Orange passion with a green tea add in. 133 calories and I had some sushi to tie me over a few hours later... 200 calories (I split it with a friend)
Dinner:Atlanta Bread Turkey Brie sandwich. Changed the bread to the lower carb multi grain bread asked for no mayo and got the jam on the side. I had half of the sandwich and a bowl of french onion soup: 450 calories
Dessert: ice cream with brownie: 200

TOTAL: 1483
PS: I am throwing away the ice cream today... It isn't ok to have a bowl every night and I know that is exactly what I will do if I keep it around.
