Weigh in is tomorrow and I am excited and a little nervous.
Today for breakfast I had another apple pie Larabar as far as lunch goes I am thinking a salad with grilled chicken or/and soup.

Lunch: Salad: spinach, romaine, mushrooms, carrots, craisins, walnuts, grilled chicken, cucumber, and an itsy-bitsy amount of balsamic vinaigrette: around 250
Dinner: 1/4 cup Jerk Chicken Orzo 100: calories cup of Chicken and Orzo soup 100 calories
200 calories There is brisket on my plate but it was disgusting. The orzo was pretty terrible too so I only had a couple of bites
Yogurt with Craisins and walnuts : 180 calories
Dessert: 2 Banana and Sweet Potato Muffins 186 calories
Total: 1,226 calories
