Day 15
Weigh in was this morning and I woke up with that nervous "Maybe I should have skipped the ice cream last night" feeling but luckily I managed to lose 1.2 pounds! Which now makes my total weight loss 4.6 pounds. As far as today goes I am trying desperately to figure out something transportable for lunch since I will be babysitting. What I need to start doing is making meals ahead of time for days like this so that the day of won't be so stressful.
Breakfast: Organic Flax Plus Cereal Pumpkin Raisin Crunch Flavor with Organic Fat Free Milk: 250 calories
Lunch:Cedar Lane Burrito : 260
Dinner: Mexican chicken with blackbeans: 225 calories
Ice Cream with Brownie: 210
snack: cheese stick, fruit leather, and trail mix: 250 calories
