Day 8
It is the official start of week 2! Weigh in was this morning and I lost 3.4 pounds! I am excited about this upcoming week mainly because my 21st birthday is on Friday! Hopefully I can keep losing. For breakfast I am going to have greek yogurt with strawberry.
Also sorry about all of the camera phone pictures yesterday. I was on campus all day yesterday.
Breakfast: Strawberry Fage with Fresh Strawberries: 134 calories
Snack: Banana and peanut butter (on a Hello Kitty plate because I am babysitting) 200 calories
I also had a Bailey's Irish Cream chocolate: 47 calories
1/4 cup mixed nuts: 200 calories
Lunch: Chicken, cilantro, and romaine quesadilla with 1/2 black beans. calories 280
Dinner: 2 pieces salmon sushi, 2 pieces tuna sushi, and 2 pieces shrimp sushi 320 calories
Dessert: 1/2 light vanilla ice cream with 2 late july cookies on top 200 calories. (Actually 1 cookie on top because I ate the other one when I opened the package)
10:00 Jasmine Green Tea :-)
TOTAL: 1,387 calories

ReplyDeleteI highly recommend white wine sangria. It's oft overlooked, but delicous. I bet vino verde sangria would be tasty as well.
