Day 14
It feels good to be back on track with my blogging. Also, I am sorry for the scattered weekend with no blogs!. I just got back from the grocery store and now I have tons of options for lunch. It is also 65 degrees and beautiful here so my roommates and I are going to go walk the loop at the beach. I am excited for weigh in tomorrow even though I might not have lost as much weight as last week but just as long as I lose a little!
I ended up going out to dinner with Dustin's family. I ordered the chicken sandwich and took off the bun and then chopped up the tomato and onion that came with it. After that I put the chopped onion and tomato on top and squeezed a little lime juice on it. It was really yummy! My dish also came with a cup of tomato basil soup which was delicious. I couldn't help myself from having some of the crap dip though :-(.
Breakfast: Steak with one egg, 3 chopped up cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and mushrooms: 170 calories
with half of a banana: 50 calories
Snack: Orange with 3 slices of flax and bran bread and Moroccan hummus: 137 calories
Lunch: Steak Quesadilla ( steak, spinach, tomatoes, tbs of greek yogurt, and hot salsa) 174 calories
handful of chocolate chips: 80 calories
Dinner: 1 piece of bread with crab dip: 200 calories
Chicken breast with chopped tomato, onion, and lime. A cup of tomato basil soup: 200 calories
Dessert: I/2 cup light vanilla ice cream with a WW chocolate cake on top: 180 calories
Total: 1,191 calories
