Sorry guys the house I stayed at last night didn't have internet!! So here is the update.
Breakfast:
Double Fiber English muffin with egg and a slice of cheese: 200 calories
Lunch:
(On campus) Half of a salad with vinegar as my dressing. Slice of ham and one chicken wing. Pineapple and vanilla yogurt and granola. calories: I am not quite sure.
Snack: Morrocan Humus with flax seed bread: 200 calories
Dinner: Steak with mushrooms, broccoli, and homemade fries: 350 calories
