Day 9









I was running late today and just grabbed a chocolate chip cookie dough balance bar. I managed to take a picture of it while I was leaving the house but then I accidentally deleted it. So unfortunately all I have for you is a picture of my coffee mug. Inside my mug is delicious pomegranate tea though. Also, if you are wondering where I found such a beautiful mug it was a gift from one of my wonderful roommates. :-) It's FREE Chik Fil A day on campus! I won a free diet lemonade! Eat your heart out Bailey Ryan!

PS: I got out of my last class very early and I am now sitting in my next class(which happens to be in the same classroom) with a girl who is also in my first class. Apparently she has never heard of headphones and is subjecting me to her terrible taste in music. She is now singing along and slapping her knee to the beat. Why me? Did I mention it is 39 degrees outside and she is wearing a sundress with no tights. Maybe she is insane.

Breakfast: Balance bar: 200 calories Pomegranate tea: 0 calories
Lunch: Chik Fil A 260 calories with pineapple and grapes: 20 calories. Chik Fil A Diet Lemonade 45 calories
Snack: Light vanilla ice cream with a chocolate cake on top: 180 calories
1 Left over pot sticker: 80 calories
Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti with a salmon burger on top. Tomato sauce with onions and avocado and a few edamame.
I ended up only eating the salmon burger and a few bites of the pasta so around 270 calories. I probably overestimated.

Total: 1,055 calories
