Day 20
I had a Cinnamon Roll Larabar this morning and I must say that I think it's better than the Ginger Snap bar. My plan for the day is to have some tea and grapefruit for a snack and then a quesadilla for lunch. I might have to bike up to the Tienda and buy some more fresh salsa.
Breakfast: Cinnamon Roll Larabar: 240 calories
Snack: Kashi Heart to Heart Cracker with Sonoma Jack cheese wedge: 170 calories
Lunch: Chicken, salsa, avocado, spinach, and tomato quesadilla with fresh guacamole and tomatillo salsa
Dinner: I made a chicken soup with spinach, black beans, carrots, jalapeno, and a little lime.
Snack: Orange and a no bake cookie and bar

Eating in bed is naughty. But what a lovely cheese knife!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I had a banana for breakfast. Eating fruit for breakfast makes me even hungrier than before I ate the fruit. Nonsense.
