Day 17
Yesterday I received my birthday present from my sister! She bought me the Skinny Bitch In The Kitch cookbook because the cookbook has only healthy things and it is all vegan; which means lots of vegetables and fruit! This morning I am going to make their smoothie recipe. It calls for 2 cups fruit and 1 cup soy milk (I am using organic milk instead) hopefully it will be yummy. I have to babysit again today but luckily I will be done at 12 so I can come home for lunch. As far as lunch goes I am going to but a chicken breast and some salsa in my slow cooker so it will be ready to go over black beans when I get home.
i used 1 banana and 1 cup of strawberries. I also added some ice to the 1 cup fat free milk
I am trying to work in a walk/run before I have to leave to go babysit! Wish me luck.
Breakfast: 1/2 of the entire smoothie mixture (what is in my cup): 116 calories
Snack: Trader Joe's Mixed Nuts calories: 170
Lunch: Mexican Chicken with black beans and greek yogurt. 350 calories
snack: baby cheese: 70 calories
Dinner: Sushi 2 salmon and 2 1/2 tuna with a banana and pineapple fruit 2day:345 calories
Dessert: 2 Newman's Own Organic peanut butter chocolate sandwich cookies: 120 calories
1 nonfat latte
TOTAL: 1,271 calories
