Day 28









It's a new week and once again I was running late for my 8am but I managed to eat a bowl of chocolate Cheerio's. After my first two classes I met Corey and Keri in Hawk's Nest and had an Orange Passion Smoothie from Freshens with an extreme lean boost! It was pretty yummy. As for lunch I cooked an extra chicken breast yesterday so I will probably do something with that.

For dinner I made the most delicious pasta sauce and chicken meatballs. I was a little hesitant about meatballs just because I typically have a problem with ground meat but I had almost a whole back of ground chicken left over from the wontons I made the other day. So I mixed the ground chicken with spinach,green onions, and garlic. They were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Then I simmered three tomatoes,some garlic, chili pepper paste, basil, and salt. I am planning on letting the rest of the meatball mix be a chicken burger for tomorrow! This will definitely be a meal I make again and again. I am planning on doing a video workout or heading to the rec center.

Breakfast: Chocolate Cheerio's: 160 calories
Snack: Smoothie: 133 calories
Lunch: A flat out wrap with a smear of Moroccan hummus and a tsp of feta: 220 calories
Less than a serving size of wasabi almonds: 100 calories
Dinner: Whole Wheat Spaghetti with homemade pasta sauce and chicken meatballs: 375 calories
Dessert: 2 Late July Chocolate Sandwich cookies with a cup of milk
Total: 1,188 calories
