Day 30





My internet is finally working!!! It took a cable man coming to my house to tell me that there was a cord unplugged...

Anyways, today has been a bad day as far as dieting goes...

Breakfast: Gingersnap Larabar : 190 calories with a non fat vanilla sugar free latte 100 calories
Lunch: 1 1/2 soft tacos from on campus: 300 calories
Dinner: Amy's Organic Stuffed Shells dinner: 310 calories

Snacks:
I finished off my apple chips and my Mediterranean vegetable chips: 320 calories
1/2 mint 3 musketeers bar 75 calories and 1 dark chocolate ferrero rocher 56 : 131 calories

Total: 1,251 calories

My Amy's meal was ridiculously delicious! I will definitely be buying it again. I really want to try more things like that from that brand mainly because I can pronounce all of the ingredients!
Ok maybe today wasn't as bad as I thought! I felt like I was eating all day... I am also having a really hard time getting back into exercise, any tips? Also, I am looking for a healthy oatmeal breakfast cookie or bar does anyone have a recipe for that?

  1. Go to Hungry Girl website, she has a recipe for breakfast cookies and lots of other stuff. Most of the recipes I have tried have been amazing. The only one I really hated was the lemon bar recipe. Hope this helps! :)
